Kendell's Pool Service is true, reliable, honest service. They are a family run business that treats everyone like family! They came and blasted my hard water stained pool tile and acid washed my plaster. They have also helped with annual check ups and pool equipment repairs. My pool looks amazing! They are quick to respond with any of my pool care needs and questions. They go above and beyond with all their services. They are honest and keep their word on pricing, appointments and services. Kendall pool service is a rip off. He installed a used pool water pump in our pool in Ivins that went out in less than a year, we tried contacting him several times and he never responded. We had another pool service install a “new” one and he said this is a refurbished water pump, not new”. He is a crook and I would never recommend his services to anyone! I heard his wife is now doing the bidding and work after his accident. Beware!
I am re-writing this in response to the misleading lies by Kendell's in their "response to owner". 1) The pool company, Pride, went out of business and the only thing I needed was a transformer for the lights. It is a lie that I wanted wholesale pricing. I understand markups are normal. I just needed a pool part and asked if they could help obtain it. 2) Ken was to my house on Thursday 8/31 while the pool was being filled. Always going the extra mile for my pool and hot tub! They have come last minute before parties to make sure my pool is perfect
I used Kendell's for 2 years. This last summer I was given a quote to switch my pool to salt water. It included draining and cleaning and a charge for the salt cell. After draining my pool and only acid washing half of it, they refilled it without installing the salt cell. Ken pried my gate open instead of asking for it to be unlocked or notifying me it would need to be (I have 2 and one is always unlocked.)
