I am re-writing this in response to the misleading lies by Kendell's in their "response to owner". 1) The pool company, Pride, went out of business and the only thing I needed was a transformer for the lights. It is a lie that I wanted wholesale pricing. I understand markups are normal. I just needed a pool part and asked if they could help obtain it. 2) Ken was to my house on Thursday 8/31 while the pool was being filled. I used Kendell's for 2 years. This last summer I was given a quote to switch my pool to salt water. It included draining and cleaning and a charge for the salt cell. After draining my pool and only acid washing half of it, they refilled it without installing the salt cell. Ken pried my gate open instead of asking for it to be unlocked or notifying me it would need to be (I have 2 and one is always unlocked.) At a time when it was difficult to get anyone to respond to my calls and requests, Kendell, although busy, followed up and followed through. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and... here is the best part: They did an outstanding job cleaning the calcium and pool stains which had accumulated over the years, paying close attention to detail. My pool looks better than when I bought the house. Six stars for the professional and polite crew of Kendell's.
