I've bought from here often and really believe in supporting local business. But several times I've recieved bad advice from thier sales reps on large purchases I've made as a small contractor. Afterwards, they were unwilling to remedy the problem. I've heard of folks having good experiences here, but usually its because they are building new homes, have a large account with them, or know the right sales rep to talk too. I'm sorry to say most of my experiences here have been negative.
