We live out of town but make a special effort to shop at Kendall's 6 to 12 times a year. We usually spend 3 to 5 hundred dollars per visit. During a visit today we asked to use the restroom and told we could not use the facilities. I know some of the high end customers that shop there and I am sure they aren't denied use of the restroom. Because of this I will no longer shop in the Rocky Mount, Greenville, Washington or any other store owned by these people. It is all about customer service and on this trip there was none.

The ladies in there are always nice.
The workers are always so rude and stuck up. The store has very cute things but I will not return due to rudeness of employees.
