This agent is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have had State Farm for years but have had one too many unpleasant phone interactions with Kendall and her team and will be switching immediately. She seems to believe that she is doing her customers a favor by insuring them and that we are not paying for a service. Do yourself a favor and find a different agent.

Got an insurance policy with her, all was well until a week or so later she calls to tell me she entered my birthday wrong and informs me that once she corrected it my rate went up. When i ask how much the number she gave me was double what i had already paid her for that month. I told her to cancel my policy and that i would expect a refund because i am not the one who entered my birthday wrong. Kendall and her staff have always been mindful and informative. They are quick to action and are thorough in their job. I suggest her time and time again.
