Zach is completely hostile and unprofessional. Trying to rip my fiance off with "insurance" which is just a warranty from kendall, that is 7 grand and doesn't cover anything major. Also outright lying to her about services done and volvo not being able to give her their service records for the car. Which is also a lie. And refusing to replace a turbo that is 100 percent, clearly bad. I show up and let him know the exact deal we want and to replace the turbo, and he acts like a complete jerk.
