This is exactly why I keep Kendall messages now. I showed up early for my 2pm oil change appointment, only to be told the 20k mile warranty is past the “grace” period. I wasn't told ANYTHING this when I scheduled the appointment back in October, I even asked for an estimate at that time. No communication prior to showing up or warning with the confirmation.

If I could give the service department a zero, I would. I drove here from San Antonio, Texas, since I’m stationed at Fort Wainwright . I paid $ 1038.59 for a multipoint inspection, winterization, etc. The washer fluid was never changed out correctly. It froze immediately. They kept the same washer fluid as the one that I had in Texas. I brought it back a second time because my truck’s back-up cameras guidelines were not working. They still can’t fix that. I was told by Rob that I should schedule an appointment around Jan. 9t... read more

We bought a car in February and shortly after I realized the AC was not working. I call and make an appointment and the soonest slot was end of May. I bring the car to the appointment time and they said they didn’t get to it and asked if I could wait longer for it to be checked out. They call to tell me the AC was broken and they could repair it for a specific amount… I bought the car broken, the least they could do is fix it to be how I should’ve received it. Two stars because buying was a painless process (probably because they’re receiving my money). The service department scheduled me an appointment 2 months out. I received a phone call 1 month out stating that they’ll actually be closed that day and said they could “fit me in” at the same time two days later. I show up for my “appointment” and I’m not even on the schedule, so I have to wait like a walk in. Why even bother scheduling an appointment if they can just schedule you on a day they’re closed, reschedule you as a walk... read more
