Honestly trying to understand why a simple oil change takes 2-3 hours to do. Do you guys not have enough mechanics to preform a simple task???! Plus the prices are insane! This is ridiculous and pathetic. I want a refund.
This review is specific to their “Express” service. There is absolutely nothing express about Kendall Toyota’s express service. Every time I attempt to get an oil change it’s a minimum of a 2 hour wait. I purchased the Toyota Care oil change package for 5 oil changes and 1 extra change for free if the previous 5 changes are done at Kendall only. Paid between $500-600 for the service. Requested 2 services. FAIL. Didn't rotate tires on my AWD and never told me, even though it was requested. I later noticed the fine print that they didn't do it. Called in and they made me wait to talk to Brittney, the young inexperienced girl. Why couldn't someone with experience just answer me when I called? Brittney had to ask someone else after all and still gave me the same line about not needing rotation since most tread was already on the drive axle??? (AWD, remember?).
