I have ordered and received a lot of parts from the Bend Toyota store over the years. I have stopped even attempting to get parts from Kendall Toyota. One of their parts guys Jordan should be no where near parts as he's given us the wrong parts 90% of the time, even when we've given him the part number, and or the call out for the diagrams he's given us. It's so bad we have completely stopped getting parts from them. I even tried calling the parts manager several times and never got a call back. All this doesn't surprise me.... read more

The best Toyota Dealer Service Department. I’ve been to about 15 Toyota dealership service departments across the country and Kendall is by far the best. Their technicians, particularly Paul, were the most knowledgeable 4runner mechanics I have come across and were able to accurately diagnose and fix problems other dealerships had misdiagnosed and charged me for repairs that did not fix the problem. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve worked in customer service for a long time). The diagnosis was unnecessarily costly, lengthy, inconclusive, and inconsistent. The paperwork was contradicting and misleading. The repair they did first that was supposedly the “only thing they could think of” and where they insisted on starting cost over $300 for it to not be what was wrong with the car— and that was after we paid them $200 to correctly diagnose it in the first place. To start off with we have been loyal Toyota customers for the last 10+ years and to tell you I have never been so mistreated in the service department. The customer service and kindness has gone down hill. Alex Bertalotto not only was rude and disrespectful, he talked down to myself and my finance belittling and insinuating we were dumb and frankly unwelcome.
