They are both incompetent and do not own up to their mistakes. Also they have few parts in stock and have a huge markup on them. I called to get a part and the lady that answered the phone said it was a Lexus only part and I had to go through lexus. I knew this wantt true so I looked up the part number myself. On the service front, my experience has been reasonably good. This review is actually about how Kendall manages its service lines and parking lot flow—namely, how they wash their hands of it and manage nothing. In the 6 years I’ve been bringing my rig here, I’ve seen 5+ accidents because there is absolutely no traffic flow and nowhere for cars to stack up to wait for their bay space (and these are cars with appointments!). I have ordered and received a lot of parts from the Bend Toyota store over the years. I have stopped even attempting to get parts from Kendall Toyota. One of their parts guys Jordan should be no where near parts as he's given us the wrong parts 90% of the time, even when we've given him the part number, and or the call out for the diagrams he's given us. It's so bad we have completely stopped getting parts from them. I even tried calling the parts manager several times and never got a call back. All this doesn't surprise me.... read more
The best Toyota Dealer Service Department. I’ve been to about 15 Toyota dealership service departments across the country and Kendall is by far the best. Their technicians, particularly Paul, were the most knowledgeable 4runner mechanics I have come across and were able to accurately diagnose and fix problems other dealerships had misdiagnosed and charged me for repairs that did not fix the problem.
