Muy mal servicio, fui por un mantenimiento regular d transmisión y el conocimiento del personal de trabajo( o sea el mecánico ) es bien bien bien malo para nada muestran saber q dominan alguito básico de mecánica , a parte de que los demás miembros también muestran su mala preparación, aparte de no poder hacer el servicio de forma eficiente se confunden y hacen otra cosa diferente, sin contar q por teléfono te dan un precio y después es otro. I've taken my 4runner with 30,000 miles to this dealership twice now for a suspected drivetrain issue (still under warranty) that I've also raised with Toyota Corporate. Both times the techs have driven the car on a short drive, reported that they couldn't replicate the issue themselves (which doesn't surprise me because I explicitly explained to them that the issue happens when the car is extremely warm after longer driving), and have absolved themselves from diagnosing it and have handed me back the vehicle. Not only slow but I terrible communication with their operators who are very rude-have been here almost 4 hours and had to wait for the service person to COME BACK FROM LUNCH to finally get the car- . Spent over 1,000 dollars , they charge 3% of u use a credit card (legal?)
