Not only slow but I terrible communication with their operators who are very rude-have been here almost 4 hours and had to wait for the service person to COME BACK FROM LUNCH to finally get the car- . Spent over 1,000 dollars , they charge 3% of u use a credit card (legal?)
Ronnie's service and attention was excellent; he helped me with everything I needed and was attentive the whole time.
