Long story but I would not trust this service department
Trustworthy team that sourced the exact parts I needed at a very competitive price!
3 months is a ridiculous amount of time to get the horn diagnosed and fixed. They just cancelled my apt the day before because they are "overbooked". I made thus apt a month ago because apparently they couldn't diagnose why the horn wasn't working at my oil change service apt, which I made a month in advance as well. Customer service has really gone downhill since they separated out oil changes from the main shop. If I wanted Jiffy Lube service I'd go to Jiffy Lube and pay Jiffy Lube prices. Don't bother going here. They dont have the people to do it and they will waste your time. My car is brand new (2024) and is already having an issue dispensing windshield fluid which I assumed must be because it was frozen but after it spent 2 hours in the bay for an accessory add on it still wouldn't dispense fluid on the front windshield but it would on the back. One of the service representatives came out to take a look and said he didn't even hear the motor running to try to dispense fluid, and that I'd need to take it i... read more
