I have purchased two Subaru vehicles in the last 14 months from Fairbanks Kendall. I have called several times and left a message for the service department to please call me. No one has! All I had was a simple question that would take less than 10 seconds to answer. I think I may need to look somewhere else to look for cars in the future! Patrick

If you can go anywhere else, do it. My experience buying a car here was so strange. I went in having picked out two vehicles from the website. He pulled one, but couldn’t answer ANY questions about it. The other he said I couldn’t see because the battery was dead and he had no way to jump it. I really needed a car so I went through with the first one. Sitting waiting for paperwork took 4 hours!! Just like every other auto dealer here in Fairbanks. Drop the car off and you are lucky if they get to it. No call no nothing. Just keep your car for four days without any word. Who does that.
