Tyler, at the parts desk for Subaru, helped out GREATLY with big quote for parts I needed on my vehicle. Was extremely patient, and had a GREAT attitude the whole time. Went here for my 12k service, after driving from Texas, as glad as I am that they were able to work me in without an appointment I was very disappointed in there inability to address a leaking tire. I had a slow leak and had purchased a full set of tires from the Subaru dealer in Houston they refused to honor the warranty which is Nation wide and tried to charge 72$ for a plug….after all that they “could not find the leak” going as far as to call it “good news” after leaving the dealer the tire pressure on all four tires did... read more
Will Ray was great to work with getting my new crosstrek. I really appreciated how he took the time to show me a bunch of the important features before I did my test drive. He also texted the next day checking if we had made it home to seward okay which was a very nice touch. It was a long drive, but I'm glad I got my subaru here, well worth the drive, the whole experience was good
