Service member refused to allow me to schedule an appointment for an oil change, told me I needed to drop it off at 7am to be worked in. I did just that. had to arrange for a ride to work and from work that day to get the car. They did not have time to do it and when I called for a status update they told me to come get my car, without the oil change being done. I have a warrantied vehicle that requires timely service to be done and this shop does not have enough time to service the subarus they have sold. 0/10 recommend.

Had a great experience at Kendall Subaru of Fairbanks on my recent purchase, the staff was very helpful. Latoya, Andrew, Amber, and Joe helped ensure everything was good to go. The vehicle was ready to go, looked good, very clean, and the entire experience was good. Have been having a really good driving experience with my Subaru Forester!

I have purchased two Subaru vehicles in the last 14 months from Fairbanks Kendall. I have called several times and left a message for the service department to please call me. No one has! All I had was a simple question that would take less than 10 seconds to answer. I think I may need to look somewhere else to look for cars in the future! Patrick

If you can go anywhere else, do it. My experience buying a car here was so strange. I went in having picked out two vehicles from the website. He pulled one, but couldn’t answer ANY questions about it. The other he said I couldn’t see because the battery was dead and he had no way to jump it. I really needed a car so I went through with the first one. Sitting waiting for paperwork took 4 hours!!
