These guys think they are New York ad agencies. I wanted simple copies of decals. After making copy desk lady took to boss for review He requested my email so they could send quote with set up etc. I walked out. Went to competitor across town. In Minutes I walked out the door with my decals. 2.35 a page no issues. These guys were too busy for a guy who does spend hundreds a year in copies.
