Kendall Press is fast, flexible, and responsive. There is always a real human (and a nice human!) when you call. And the signs and banners I've ordered have always been beautiful. Several times this year, someone has come to Harvard-Epworth church for the first time and said something like, "I saw the sign and the rainbow heart and knew this church would be a safe space for me to check out."
