BEYOND 5 Stars! I took my father in law to his appointment and we were blown away with the professionalism of Kendall. He allowed us back in the room while testing my FIL, he took the time to explain every stage of testing and results. He did not talk around my FIL but treated him very kindly. We would recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with hearing loss or have loved ones who are. We can not say enough about our experience!
