I was in need of a notary for a loan modification and did a quick Google search when I found Kendall. She was local and had a lot of great reviews, so I reached out to her. We had made an appointment with another notary, and they didn't show up and didn't attempt to contact us to let us know what was happening. My boss needed a notary, so I called Kim Kendall. She not only responded right away, she worked with his schedule to come to the office. Kim is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kind.
