I would highly recommend PA Ana Rodriguez along with her PA student, Alejandra. They were very professional, inquisitive and referred me to the care needed so I could get better. They actively listened to my concerns and genuinely care about me. Thank you so much for all of your help. We also returned today for a follow up and it was another excellent visit. They picked up where we left off and I felt that genuine concern for my well being. Ketty in the lab was also very accommodating.
Great service! The providers were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. The staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable.
Everyone today had issues regarding their appointments time. They ran 1hr behind. They blame the call center Bottom it Is not the patient fault
