Customer service with Kendall I can honestly say is horrible! I knew I was approved with my bank because I called them myself. Kendall NEVER called me afterwards. I ended up going the Lithia and getting into a brand new GMC Terrain fast and simple! I had high hopes for Kendall Mazda. Lithia will have my business from here on out. Please do not trouble yourself by contacting me. I am in a brand new vehicle thank you.....
