Kendall Lou Connor was tasked with selling the home of our late 100-year-old mother, who lived in her midcentury home for 50 years. Needless to say, it was difficult. But Kendall made it easy. She is empathetic, kind, brilliant, competent, efficient and extremely hard-working. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home. Or buying one. She is peerless. Our family was honored to work with her.

There are realtors who have been doing their jobs for years. They are used to their jobs and sometimes not as hungry. Let me tell you Kendall is hungry. Always available and on top of communication and due diligence. She goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to let you know she's doing her job. It's not too often you see a realtor scrubbing floors, painting walls, or having open houses every weekend to help sell a home. 110% satisfied with her services. She makes the realtor fee very worth it.
