Kendall did an excellent job describing what steps I should take to get my house ready to sell. When it came to staging, she helped me declutter and brought some of her own things over for staging. Kendall knows what needs to be done and without hesitation is willing to do whatever it takes to help get your house ready for sale. I highly recommend Kendall to anyone who wants to sell their house!

Kendall Lou Connor was tasked with selling the home of our late 100-year-old mother, who lived in her midcentury home for 50 years. Needless to say, it was difficult. But Kendall made it easy. She is empathetic, kind, brilliant, competent, efficient and extremely hard-working. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home. Or buying one. She is peerless. Kendall was fantastic. It was my first time buying a house, so I had no idea what I was doing. She did a great job walking me through each step as well as helping everything get in on time. I've already sent colleagues and friends her way. Highly recommend.
