Very comfortable waiting area. Options provided for drinks. Staff is very friendly. Car was washed & vacuumed during service. It did take a longer than I expected.
Lexus is the best car made. Sales person dropped the ball. I went in to look at a new car. Salesperson was friendly, but failed to follow up even though he had my phone number. No big deal I'll go up to Portland where they drool all over you to try and get your business
Kendall Lexus is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They insisted that my new RC350 had to be driven 40 - 45 miles every day to keep the battery from going dead. They refused to keep the car until they found the real problem. Cost me $$$.
Best dealership ever. Great service, nice people, reasonably priced for the quality delivered.
