My wife and I spent over $80,000 with this company in the summer of 2021, and we would never use them again. Some of the things they did were good but there are quite a few things they either did very poorly, or not at all and we have brought this to their attention several times with no luck in getting those things corrected. My husband subcontracted for Kyler a few years back with snow removal. He always prioritized his jobs and put them first to make sure the customers were happy. We sent over the invoice for our services and he ghosted us. We have sent it multiple times through text, email, social media and have heard nothing back. Really disappointing from someone that was considered a “friend”. Definitely a lesson learned here.

Didn't end up using this business, because I spoke with them on the phone and they told me to send them a text and they would add me to their Friday schedule and then they never called me back nor showed up nor answered any of my messages about whether they were going to come or not. Still no fix to my sprinkler problem.

This is an update to a review from last summer (2021). I selected Kendal landscaping to completely landscape my yard front and back. At the time service was decent although inconsistent in response. Just 1 year later I have noticed that all of my landscaping bricks used to make the seating walls are all separating. The top layer of bricks on the gas fire pit are all lose and falling off and the fire pan is completely rusted causing discoloration on the bricks.
