Due to a unique set of circumstances I visited 4 different Kia service centers today. The Kendall GM service center was amazing, friendly, and professional. Austin in the service department earned these 5 stars for the Kendell Kia dealership who kept me up to date when the water pump that needed to be ordered had a shipment delay so that I could make alternate plans. In addition, he was great to work with as he was patient in explaining everything I needed to know. Thank you for making it a great experience Austin!
