First off, we had a very hard time finding a place to leave a review. That being said, we are very happy with the service and patience Martin Moreno of Kendal KIA provided us. We had a problem with oil consumption and had started the procedure at a KIA dealership in Carlsbad, California. We had been to Idah and decided to make it home. I am highly disappointed in the service department with Kendall. I took my 2023 Sorrento hybrid in for an alignment on 12/31/2024. After the alignment I started to hear a rumbling sound in the left front area of the car when I accelerated going 60+ mph, it would get worse when I accerlated to 80 mph. I took the car back to Kendall to have them diagnose the problem. They told me they could not duplicate the problem. I then requested to go on a drive with the tech to identify the problem.
