The other review took the words right out of my mouth! My first and worst experience with publishing. They have NO concept of customer service! I really wish I had googled them prior to doing bussiness. STAY AWAY and pass the word on to new authors. Go with Pearson or McGraw Hill.

Worst publishing company I have ever dealt with. Editors do not respond back to your calls and you get a complete run around from people at the company. My advice, go with McGraw-Hill for your publishing needs.
