This was our first visit to the brand-new store Massillon. First star is for exterior appearance of the building and parking, although directional signage for the parking lot entrance, exit, and drive-through seem to be absent. I hope that is corrected, soon, as it is needed. In addition, the building entrances are not obvious. Directional signage is helpful for first time visitors. I made a truck load delivery here. I can't say enough about how great the experience was. The folks that unloaded me were very friendly and fast by reefer standards, especially considering they unload in the parking lot by hand. They offered to even buy me dinner, tho I declined due to my diet. This is the kind of customer that truckers want to go to.
