I took my 2016 Pilot in for a regular oil change, as was indicated my maintenance schedule. The service was completed quickly, and I was on my way in a timely fashion. They performed a multi-point inspection, with my permission. The inspection showed that my tires were past their expiration date, and should probably be replaced in the near future. I had a fantastic experience at Kendall Honda despite running into some annoying situation where I had to leave my car for a few days. Ian went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much more manageable. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and broke down the cost of everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Since the repair took a few days, I had to get a rental. We've been bringing our CR-V here for almost 6 years. While they do charge dealer prices for service, they also go above and beyond to ensure that each visit is a good experience. I appreciate getting a report at the end of each visit that's color coded and very clear about the condition of our vehicle, and outlining what service should be done soon.
