I would not recommend coming here. The manager was not helpful. He was every dismissive about my concerns. Asked me for pay again for the problem they failed to fix in the first place. Not a trustworthy place to fix your car. I emailed the general manager about the problem and no reply.
Allowed friends to change their oil in the parking lot. Friendly folks
Normally, I've enjoyed having my vehicle serviced here since 2007; however, over the course of the past year, customer service has (like a car) depreciated. I particularly appreciate the online text with a company employee when I select the "contact us" feature, and the VERY nice and professional person ensures me that someone from Service and Parts will reach out to help me to schedule a service appointment.
