I have used Toyota service centers in various states across the U.S., and this is the only one that has been a total headache. Something always goes wrong. I never leave here feeling at ease, and it takes them around six months just for the part to arrive at this shop.
Took my Civic here after shippers had knocked a brake pad loose, took a while for parts to come in but that's hardly their fault. Everything takes a while to get up here. Their communication could be a bit more prompt when it comes to updates on a vehicle, but that may simply be down to the volume of work and the fact that there's only one Honda repair representative available. Poor guy does his best but I imagine it can get hectic.
I would not recommend coming here. The manager was not helpful. He was every dismissive about my concerns. Asked me for pay again for the problem they failed to fix in the first place. Not a trustworthy place to fix your car. I emailed the general manager about the problem and no reply.
Allowed friends to change their oil in the parking lot. Friendly folks
