I am very disappointed with the care I received. A medication that had previously been prescribed to me was not refilled, which has resulted in withdrawal symptoms. In addition, prior authorizations requested by my specialist were not submitted. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and without a clear plan of care. Patients deserve continuity, communication, and timely follow-through on medically necessary treatment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Kendall Henry is awesome. She listens carefully and solves my health issues. She is always kind and respectful. Every time I visit this facility I leave in a reasonable time. I appreciate Ms. Kendall and her staff. Thank you.

I am new to Pensacola and had to o find me a new PCP, so I wanted to go to the same doctor's office my husband chose. I have high blood pressure and needed refills for next month. I had an appointment at 10:20 and was not able to do new patient paperwork ahead of time so I got there 15 minutes early. The young girl at the front waited until 10:12 to give me my paperwork.
