I stumbled upon this locally owned and managed store shortly after moving to Howard County, 6 years ago. The Hardware Store is a great alternative to the big boxes and the service is outstanding. If I want to know what works best as far as hardware products in this area, this store can usually provide you with a good answer. The free popcorn makes my visits fun. Reasonably priced, quality merchandise, friendly, locally owned and operated, I have never found it to be unable to compete with the big box stores.

Kendall Hardware is great local hardware store! Great local hardware store. They always have everything we're looking for, or can help point you in the right direction if they don't. Super helpful staff, and friendly!

Best Hardware Store Ever. – I've shopped at Kendall's for many years and I've always had great service from the Kendall's and the other businesses on site being Mower Works and Fireside. There employees are continuesly on top of their game and always willing to help. They have the best seletion of hardware and farm supply materials in the area. Kendall's advertises for Mower Works but will not stand behind their work – Mower Works is advertised on the Kindall web site Kendall employees will receive your equipment Kendall's posts a sign on the front of the store about taking equipment around back When I called to complain I was told that they receive complaints all the time about Mower Works and that they have nothing to do with the quality of service. I will not use Kendall's or Mower Works because of this practice
