I don't usually even review places, but I've had such patterned terrible experiences with their customer service that I'm going to take the time now. I purchased a Ford expedition Max Platinum from their dealership few years ago, and have had to have service probably 4 to 6 times, every single time has been an absolute nightmare, the recent two times have been the worst service I have seen in a long time.
