I will never step foot in a Kendall business ever again! I made my appointment 3 months ago to do 2 software/computer recalls. I was told it would easily be done in a day. I dropped my truck off at 835am. At 345pm I called to see when I could pick it up. Nobody could answer that question and I was told that Scott will call me right back with the info. As you can tell from my fairly limited review history, I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Kendall Ford/Mazda of Bend Service was extremely disappointing and worth sharing. I brought my 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid in for service while preparing to leave for my honeymoon in late January. At the time, the vehicle was less than a year old and carefully maintained, including weekly washes. I recently had my 2023 Ranger Lariat in to have a 3.5" lift, new wheels and tires, and AMP Research running boards installed. TJ (the Parts Manager) went above and beyond in helping me research all the different options with probably about a hundred emails exchanged. Prices were reasonable and getting my truck in was quicker than expected. The service department did a great job with the installation despite complications (beyond anyone's control).
