I recently had my 2023 Ranger Lariat in to have a 3.5" lift, new wheels and tires, and AMP Research running boards installed. TJ (the Parts Manager) went above and beyond in helping me research all the different options with probably about a hundred emails exchanged. Prices were reasonable and getting my truck in was quicker than expected. The service department did a great job with the installation despite complications (beyond anyone's control). *************Do Not Buy a Vehicle or receive service from this dealer*********** I brought a my vehicle in for maintenance and is being charged 2k over the warrant. You know, the warranty they sell you that “covers everything”. It doesn’t, it’s a scam. This isn’t the first time either. They sell you a garbage third party, bs warranty “through” Ford.
