I’m from St.Louis, I broke down in Monmouth IL on highway 67. I didn’t know exactly where I was, and Robbie was the tow truck driver to my rescue, he called me and was so patient in helping me direct him to where I was. He was professional and caring. He made my stressful situation a lot more comfortable for me. I will definitely recommend your business to everyone I speak to. I really hope Robbie get recognition for a job well done.
My car broke down on the highway half way through my long trip and when I got in touch with this company, their driver named Tyler worked tirelessly to get to me as fast as possible to make sure I could get back on the road as quickly as I could. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make a not so great situation something I could smile about!

Flat tire, late at night, middle of 88 with nothing around, female alone with their kid. I was nervous. Kenny from Kendall Towing was dispatched via State Farm and he was incredibly nice. He called to make sure he knew where I was and was there within 30 minutes with an officer too so traffic stayed away. I highly recommend Kendall Towing!
