Customer service was top-notch. The repair to my Porsche was perfect.
I felt I was in good hands with KCC of Bend, but the overall experience was less than perfect. First of all, when I arrived to have the work done, the office that I had visited before was completely gone and construction crews had taken over the entire cul de sac. It would've been nice if someone had told me where to park and how to find everybody during their renovation. A job that should have taken a couple days as parts were known, ended up taking 1.5 weeks. Probably no one verified parts when they came in. They were wrong so they had to be reordered. Maybe check and then recheck would be a novel policy. Our loss was no vehicle during this time.
