Kendall collision center did a great job on my Nissan xterra. Especially Matthew Vilhauer. He was in contact with me almost every day to give me the progress of the repair and made the extra effort to make sure I was satisfied. My car came back to me much better than I ever suspected!! Thank you Matthew!!
My new vehicle was unfortunately badly damaged in a rear end accident. I chose Kendall in order to match up with Toyota's standard of quality repair work, as they also own the dealer in town. I can't rate the price, as it was insurance and I had no other estimates ... but staff/service was friendly and they were able to get me worked in despite being a ways out on the calendar, and actually picked up a week earlier thanks to my participation representative going to bat for me to get it done sooner than expected. Both my uncle and I had repairs needed on our cars and we got our first and only quote from Kendall. Sean helped me and Todd helped my uncle, and we were both super satisfied with how they were both honest and accurate about the estimates and how long the repair would take, and also made the insurance claiming process smooth and nearly transparent to us.
