Took 5 hours for an oil change. I appreciate that they discounted the cost, but my time was totally wasted. Later that day, I took my other vehicle to a quick lube and was done in 15 minutes, with no appointment, and had the same service done. I had to call for an update to see if I'll get my car back the same day. Its clear this service department has to many challenges to come back.
Seemed to not want to sell a truck. Went their to look at a few options but was near closing so told me to come back another day. Went somewhere else.
My salesman Gabriel and Mason were very easy to deal with. Always keeping in contact with me about the vehicle that was coming in from another state. Vehicle showed up early which was unexpected and very nice! Great crew at Kendall Chevrolet
