although expensive the service dept delived as promised without having to wait days for an appointment

First Oil change and tire rotation appointment was a 5 star rating. 1 star rating is due to my "new" GMC Canyon Denali came home with a small dent under my driver's side door handle! I did not notice until I got home. My truck was inspected by the service provider when I brought it in for its first service...not even a scratch!
