Bad service. Issues happened 3 days after a service was performed on my pickup. Then they decided to charge another technician fee for what should have been found during the service. Now they find break and rotor issues while working on a chiller hose.. Why?
Had to get a warranty replacement for the airbag done
They wanted a thousand dollars to change out an oxygen sensor and the part wouldn't even arrive for at least two weeks. 💀 Also, I had made an appointment online and when I showed up they said they would get to it eventually. Okay thanks why did I make an appointment again? People in the service center pretty much ignore you too. It seems to be a whole lot of "not my job".
Had my 2019 Chevy Duramax diagnosed and fixed here. They did excellent with communication and got me back on the road in no time. The final bill was substantially less than the estimate they gave me. Thanks to Kendall Chevrolet and Chris McCall for excellent service!
