Worked with Debbie Finn today for my service appointment. Debbie was very helpful and communicated throughout the entire day. I really appreciated the time she took to reach out to me regarding all the work that was needed for my truck. Truck seems to be running smoother. Will continue to work the service department and hopefully with Debbie more for the future work I will need. Thanks everyone!
Totally dissatisfied!! Either Chevy or Kendall needed to step up with an oil change or something to make it right. Unfortunately, after the purchase of a vehicle might as well get someone else to help you out. Lost Work, lost money, all due to incomplete identification of parts and supplier issues. I made sure I dropped my truck off in the next four hours to get it evaluated! 1 issue was definitely purchased with vehicle(bad coolant sensor). UPDATE: took my GMC to a diesel mechanic and had it repaired. He said that first, Kendall lied about not knowing what parts my GMC needed as all coolant reservoirs for my vehicle are the same. Second, he said that my coolant sensor was completely dead, there always no wiring issue as Kendall claimed as the reason for denying the warranty! THEN, discovered my battery was cracked and leaking acid which how on earth didn’t they notice this at the oil change or this second appointment??!! Ray was amazing. He always takes good care of us and makes sure we know exactly what is going on and the status of our vehicle.
