You're paying 2-3 Times MORE here than most shops, just to have an "Acura Tech" work on your car. The Service Manager is Great, Mike you're awesome. You've done everything you can possibly do with the information you get back from the shop end. Its the dishonesty of the Techs and the ridiculous price of service. Tried to convince me I had bearing material in my oil, after claiming I had a cracked oil pan. Never showed any proof of either & taking it to another shop found them to be lying about the bearing material so I dont ... read more
Specified the part needing replaced. Was quoted wrong. The ~$600 service doubled to almost ~$1300. At least I got called before hand. Was clear on the part both times and left it in my service request.
I have been using the Acura service department for many years now. I have always had an above and beyond experience. David Sanchez is phenomenal and is always quick and efficient to have my service needs met. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and highly recommended this service department!
