Great Company – KENDALE DESIGN BUILD – GREAT COMPANY! My husband and I have been using Kendale Design Build for many years now. They have done everything from repairs around the interior of the house to exterior damage. They have also done a number of renovation and expansion projects for us. Bad Business Practices! – Company makes suggestions then lies about their suggestions; doesn't stand by warranty; make sure you get everything in writing - and we mean EVERYTHING; do not trust them; even their project managers and project engineers will stab you in the back. Kendale will tell you one thing, and then do another; way over priced. Owner of company very nasty to deal with. Don't be unhappy with your remodeling job like us-- Save your money - you will be much happier later on down the road!
