Kendale really is not a good place to live and all this guy does is raised the rent and never put money into the apartments ,never doing what's right and the government needs to see what he is not doing dogs live better than we do. This guy is robbing us of our money,he must be stop!!!!!! Where is the government when you need them to do thier job!!!
Roaches, rats and filth – Headline says it all. This is the most disgusting apartment complex I've ever seen. It's a dirty ghetto. People hang their underwear to dry on the benches. Kids throw baseballs through your windows. Roaches pour out of kitchen drains like water in reverse. Mice everywhere. What could top all of this luxury? Rats greet you when you walk down the broken stone steps. Do yourself a favor and live in a zoo, at least it's honest about what it really is. This place sucks.
