I Made an appointment for my elderly mother weeks ago and told them there had been a change to her insurance. Got her there today to be informed they don't take her coverage with her new medicare advantage plan. I can only assume they hoped we would just pay them since we were there but that is a very poor way to conduct business in my opinion.
I made an appointment in January because I knew I'd be losing my employer paid for insurance in May. They verified they accepted my insurance. My appointment was April 18. I got a call telling me yesterday they didn't accept my insurance. Now I will not be able to have my eyes checked before I lose my insurance. Shame on you
I had a wonderful experience at Grand Ridge Eye Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The front desk team made scheduling a breeze, and I was seen right on time no long waits, which I really appreciated. Dr. Piatt was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They answered all my questions patiently and made me feel completely at ease.
Dr. Piatt is the best to work with! Very knowledgeable and good at what she does!
Went above and beyond the service I've received at other optometrists. My glasses required a little creativity to get right. And with a "Challenge Accepted" attitude, they came through without breaking the bank.
