Extremely Poor Aftercare and Customer Service After moving into our lodge, we’ve been left extremely disappointed by the lack of progress in resolving even the most basic snagging issues. Great customer service and care of our caravan. Would highly recommend all of the team there.
If you buy a touring caravan from here my advice would be to inspect the roof. When we viewed our caravan it was covered in snow & parked under a large tree ( what has since been cut down ).When we collected it a month later it was parked in a different location. We had one weekend away and the caravan put in storage, after a few weeks I was washing the roof & noticed some damage.
