Bought 4 rolls of electric netting several years ago. Shipping was excellent and it has served me well. It is showing its age, primarily through damage when moving it, but still works well!

Very late - 6 weeks- in running the charge through on my credit card. I was told "your payment has been approved" back in Nov. My card was charged today Jan 3rd. Nothing like having that 600$ charge hit your CC the week after Christmas. I have the money of course, but it's a huge red flag to me on how the company operates. It's really a shame because I was so happy with this transaction before this happened.
Received our Electric Fence Energizer in 2013. 1 year and 2 months into using the Fencer we had to spend 15-20 dollars to ship it to them for repair. They replaced a capacitor and sent it back. Now in November 2017 it is once again broken and lucky for them out of warranty. We are now forced to either spend another 300 bucks to replace the energizer that may only last a year again or look for a product not made by them. It's disappointing because we have other products from Kencove that we really like but to have two failure... read more
