Wonderful customer assistance! C.S. rep worked hard to get my entire order to me from different warehouses A.S.A.P. He was aware that I had a shipment of lambs coming in and worked hard to get the items shipped. The Wedge-Loc brackets came in in time for the fence installation. Highly recommend!
Just purchased the wire twist tool from Kencove fencing. This is an excellent tool and a wonderful time saver! If you have lots of woven fence to do you need this tool!! Worth every penny!!
Horrible customer service and return policies. We had to return some items, it was grueling and took several weeks to get things sorted out. In addition to paying return shipping, I was told they are charging us a 10% restocking fee - which is just a way to make more money. Would not order from them again. Will stick with Premier 1 Fence which is impeccable in both customer service and products.
RecommendedFast shipping and great products. Love the wedge loc t-post brackets. It makes putting up fence in our wet red clay soil super easy.
The customer service is phenomenal! The products are great and pricing is the best that I have found. Bought a Kencove EK6 w/ remote. It was used for 3 months before it needed to be sent back in for repair. The remote also began to read inflated amperage. While the repairs were covered under warranty, they made me pay the shipping. Unacceptable. It was returned to me in a few weeks, but it’ll only see duty on my fence as a last resort. I originally ordered from Kencove because of their prices. I will stay with Kencove and recommend them to EVERYONE because of their UNSURPASSED customer service!!! I made my initial order to fence a property we were buying. The boxes came within 5 days and we just stored them Then, our closing was pushed back another 30 days. 75 days after my order, we realized 1/2 of it was missing. Take the consumer into account with return policies
Customer Service was excellent five years ago. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Premier 1 offers the same products, comparatively priced, with excellent customer service, even beyond the warranty period. Kencove refused to offer a credit for product I had purchased to replace broken items, even after they deemed the product defective. Poor attitude toward customers.
