My building's elevator is serviced by Kencor - the only elevator has been out for 6 months and is still not working. I live on the 5th floor and have been dealing with a broken/healing ankle since April. It's an absolute nightmare. Hands down the most aggressive technicians on the road.... Tailgated for miles.... 422 W this morning. Zero stars.
Unprofessional. I scheduled a service call with this company for a commercial building I bought since they serviced the elevator for the previous owner. Afterwards, I heard nothing. I followed up FIVE (!!) times across five weeks, they claim they went to the service call and would get me the report by the end of the day, yet after months they had STILL not provided me with any documentation of what they did or whether the elevator is safe to use.
