After experiencing issues with my bike shortly after taking it to the shop, I reached out, and they quickly got back to me. Ken was willing to fix the issue and booking my bike in for the earliest available date. I appreciate their dedication to fixing the issue.
Ken was very nice but the quality of work I received was not the best from the reviews I have read. I paid for a full inspection including a carb clean and after I received my bike back the bike would stall again after turning the choke off, the carb now leaks gas which it wouldn't before, and many missed things that should have been mentioned in the inspection.
The best bike shop I’ve ever been too, Ken is always happy to have a chat and a laugh. Everyone is keen to help with bike troubles. Today I pulled in asking for some carb wizardry and we worked through it together and it ended up running like a top within 30 minutes. More than happy to make the trip out anytime I need help. Thanks guys your legends !
