I don't know why so many bad reviews to this place, the people in receiving very professional (remember they be there to made their job no friends), and gente, and I'm arriving at 8:15am and leave the place at 9:30am, I'm very happy with their service, thank you guys

In and out in 1 hour 30 minutes. Unloading, app. Time 13:30. Came at 10:40am and was out before appointment time. Restrooms. Nice people.
5 hours and still not loaded. Dont come here…
