I was referred to KenCo Builders,Inc. by my accountant who had his house built by them 15 years ago and said they we elated with the quality of their home and the few services they need during the warranty period and how fast they responded to their phone calls. We met with Ken and told him what we wanted in our new home and he gave us his architects contact number and said that is who he uses or we could use any one of our choosing. I had a major settling problem with my house and called two contractors who both gave me what I thought were high prices so my son told he thought I should call KenCo Builders before I made a decision. When the owner, Ken, came out he asked if a structural engineer had looked at the problem and I said no and I did not know who to call. Ken call one and they gave us a solution then KenCo Builders did the work at what I felt was a very good price.
