I was 2 hours late for my appointment but they loaded my truck super fast
Worst place ever. They will tell you the trailer is dirty and it smells because that is the trick they use to buy time when they are running behind or when they are just too lazy to work. Got there at 11:30 for 12:00 appt. Shift change 2-3 PM. Load was cancelled at 330 PM when they shift changed. BTW we did a washout and had a receipt before we came to this place. Unbelievable, avoid avoid!!!
Trailer must be neat and clean,no over night parking,main entrance gate is closed,loves is about 10 mins away from this location,check in 30 mins before your appointment,loading time is approximately 1 hour,clean washroom inside the shipping and receiving office.
