I ordered a pair on the limited edition wolf clippers at Hershey groom expo. I was crystal clear I wanted that pair. They sold out and offered to ship them. Yesterday they sent a pair that I most definitely did NOT order. Not impressed at all with any part of my experience. First and last order!! Staying with the other brand who has excellent customer care!
I would say poor, but the customer service is atrocious! Multiple attempts to get information, before ordering, without success and when I did order, it was very unpleasant trying to getting help with tracking information. I was not going to use some App that requires access to my Gmail account. Not in today's day and age. As a NCMG, I will never use this company again!

I purchased the clipppers for my daughter that is a groomer & her husband bought the extra blades . Two of the blades broke after just a few cuts. The clippers were angled at a odd angle from others she had . Which were the same brand . This was her Christmas . Needless to say blades couldn’t be returned or store credit . Clippers well said box was torn up & not packaged correctly which is not true bc I saw the box . So I get a credit for $ 133 & some change . Also charged a restocking fee .
