Everything about the management is a joke. The president Gary Apps is not a good man. He has multiple cars on the property that are junk. Literally got kicked off the board and some how got put back on. They don’t have an online portal to pay, only cash or money orders. The property is poorly maintained. Head of condo association uses parking area as private garage for junk vehicles. Makes a point for residents to have “operable and legal vehicles” and will proceed to fine residents in their own residential lots, yet his own (4) junk bmws parked in guest lots rarely have inflated tires or up to date tags.
