Dr Eissa and staff were extremely kind and compassionate when we had to make a difficult decision regarding our dog.
I was unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. From the beginning, the staff came across as cold and unwelcoming, and I never felt that my concerns were genuinely heard. During multiple visits, the veterinarian and veterinary assistant did not perform what I would consider a thorough wellness examination. Vets have generally been good, though a vet student bent the needle prior to my dogs Injection which was a bit concerning not the end of the world though. My main issue though is they use Ai for note taking which is unnecessary and terrible for the environment. Unfortunately due to this I will no longer be bringing my pets as I'd like my vet to care for nature as much as they do my pet.
I brought in my healthy kitten - less than 1 years of age to be fixed, dropped her off in the morning and was told id receive a call in the afternoon to pick her up. When I received a call, all in the same breath the person on the phone stated "your cat did wonderful doing surgery it went great, but unfortunuately she passed on the table" . 0 stars.
We have been using Kenaston Vet for years now for our two dogs, Charlie and Chewie, both of our dogs love their vet visits, and they have always gotten the best care. The staff are professional and very caring. Dr. Nour Eissa basically saved our Chewie when other vets could not. He is so knowledgeable and we are so grateful for his incredible care.
