One of their drivers drove me off the road, I had to literally pull over or my car would’ve been totaled, he also had the nerve to shoot me a bird! I called to make a report spoke with someone but had to call back and got no answer. What the driver did was absolutely unacceptable, putting others in danger!
Nice company, they just really need better administration/office staff. There's a woman there that tries to cross the line with drivers. Not professional at all. Other than that there's not much to complain about. The location is perfect! There's shopping and eateries near by! They service many different stations here in the DMV area and they have very decent drivers!
